I got to thinking about this while watching highlights from the past few weeks of English Premier League soccer...what if soccer had become one of the major sports in North America, on par w/the other "stick & ball" sports?
What would it look like?
Would there be promotion & relegation as in Europe?
Who would the stars be in the sport?
What impact might it have on the national team over time?
Thoughts, anyone?
